Hey Greg, ever heard of Sarcasm? Besides, stop cashing your county check so you can buy dinner in Fairport. Take that ass back to Wayne County.

"If you must ingest a Canadian beer, give Keith’s a shot or even Molson"

Way to suggest the two most pisswater beers the brewers of America Jr. have ever put out. If your reader wants a decent Canadian beer, go for Steam Whistle Pilsner, King Pilsner, or Creemore Springs.

I was there last night.
Great food and great atmosphere.

"That means I’m better than him and don’t need to talk to him." I think it would be a great idea if you went down there and introduced your self.

You should probably go to the bar before you shit on it Mcialini.

I really like your blog even though I really dislike a majority of the macro beer world. I am originally from Utica,NY and my grandma lived in Niagara Falls so I been in the area alot. As a non macro drinker these days I have to say that I totally disagree with you. As far as the macros go Labatts and Labatts Light are by far some of the best mass produced lagers available. I can't even think of a beer other then sam adams (it actually one of my favorite beers) that I would choose over labatts if all of the normal macro players are available. I don't even know how you can compare it to an other macro. It has some color, some taste and some smell unlike Bud, Coors, Miller, etc. I know its to each there own but to call Labatts crap and be a macro fan your taste buds must be fried.

Racist? Ummm, no. Miller capitalizes on the look of those guys. You think they would pick a couple of skinny latinos? Ummm, no. They picked them for good reason. They have attitude that no other demographic can achieve. So there.

I find the latter half of your third line to be rather racist. Perhaps you should learn to be nice to people across the board instead of chanting your feminazi slogans all over the place. As for the commercials and the DVR. You tell me to rewind because I have already seen them...several times. Perhaps you should catch up to the rest of the world and stop living 10 minutes behind! ;-)

I find the very first line of your blog to be rather sexist! Those Miller High Life commercials are hilarious. I am penisless and I happen to love those fat black guys! As a matter of fact, I am the one who tells you to rewind that shit when we pass it up on DVR. Revise your blog or boycott!

You're right. If it tastes good, drink it with what you want! The point of a beer (or wine) and food pairing isn't to impose rules about what can be consumed with what; it's to highlight really good flavor combinations that might not be obvious.

In my daily life, I don't spend a lot of time matching my food and beer, but let's say it's one of those rare times when I'm in a nice restaurant, dropping $40 a plate. That's when I might want to have some background knowledge on beer/food taste combinations. And That's why more nice restaurants should pay attention to their beer offerings. I hate eating like a king and drinking like a stranded commuter in the airport bar.

Last time I checked, Big American Beer wasn't forcing anything on me. I personally choose to drink what I like. In this case, I happen to like my Light American Beer. I apologize if you and the people you know are not capable of thinking on your own and are forced to drink Bud, Coors, and Miller because you apparently don't know any better.

And Mr. Rebellion? Naw. I'm just a common working class slob. Oh, and I guess I'm a big asshole for supporting something I personally like. Maybe I should rag on you for following the growing craft beer scene just so you can be part of the latest fad in beer? I mean god forbid you actually support something you like.

Stop hatin' sunshine and accept the fact that there are people who really do prefer American Macro Lager on their own volition.
